Feefo collects ratings and reviews from verified customers, to help businesses make better decisions, and deliver exceptional service. Working with over 3,000 brands, we provide the tools to invite all of their customers to leave their feedback, and gain valuable insights from what they have to say.
Trusted Service awards businesses that use Feefo to collect ratings and reviews. If they meet the required criteria, they are automatically accredited with the relevant award at the start of each year.
For our Trusted Service 2017 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
To achieve our coveted Gold Trusted Service 2017 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
The Trusted Service award is announced annually. The 2017 award winners were announced in February this year.
If you have achieved the winning criteria, but haven’t received your Winners Code, please contact email@example.com.
Your award certificate is available by logging in with your Winners Code. You will simply need to add your business name to the .PDF in the relevant field.
You will also receive a digital ‘Trusted Service’ badge, relevant to your award, that can be used online, in e-mail campaigns, social media, and across your website.
We strongly encourage businesses to proudly display their winners badge and certificate wherever customers are likely to see it, to demonstrate your dedication to outstanding customer service.
We’ve made a few changes to the 2016 Trusted Merchant award this year, to better reflect that this award is all about fantastic service, as rated by genuine customers. We’ve streamlined the categories, to make it fairer for all businesses, and we’re confident that this year’s award is one to be proud of!
